Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the production process begins, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 working days.
Exchange Policy
As a made-to-order label, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges in the case of
incorrect sizing.
Please email us at nnetinnetistudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and in perfect condition to qualify.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Once received, we will alter or exchange the item and dispatch it within 14 working days.
Return & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds as all items are custom-made.
Returns are only considered in rare exceptions (e.g., incorrect size sent) and must follow our
exchange guidelines.
